Tall Vintage DBGM 73/2 German Stoneware Beer Stein Tankard With Pewter Lid
A wonderful vintage DBGM German beer stein/tankard featuring raised relief detail of a Bavarian tavern scene with friends playing cards. Colours are wonderfully vivid and set against a cobalt blue background with a lustre glaze in orange to the base and rim. Pewter lid has DBGM and 73/2 stamped underneath. Base of stein marked Made In Germany and 2350. It is in great vintage condition (no chips, cracks or crazing). Height 23cm.
