Made in Germany, this is a stunning vintage 1974 Annual Christmas Plate by renowned Danish designer & artist Bjorn Wiinblad (1918-2006) for Rosenthal. Very collectible. 'Balthasar' features the third of the three kings bearing gifts. Hand decorated in unbelievably rich and bright colours with gold and silver gilding. The plate itself is a good sized thin porcelain with a matt underside. Signed by artist to front and makers mark to base. In fantastic condition. Diameter  28.5cm.
