Lovely ornate pair of vintage silver plate candlesticks with removable silver plate collars. Gently tapered stems are embellished with grape vine decoration and raised on circular weighted bases. Condition is commensurate with age and wear - losses to plate, missing felt to base of one holder. They have a nice rustic yet grand feel to them and would definitely add to any table setting. I have not polished these as they look fantastic as is and there is no going back to this patina once cleaned. If you prefer a more polished look they would definitely shine up well. Height 25.5cm.
