Made in England this is a stunning and collectible vintage MINTON Haddon Hall bone china tea service. Designed by John William Wadsworth (1879–1955) these pieces have a fluted body and a gently scalloped edge with green trim. The white background is decorated with colourful flowers inspired by the gardens of Haddon Hall Manor. Includes 5 teacups, 6 saucers, 6 side plates, creamer, sugar bowl and teapot. Marked to bases of all pieces 'Minton Haddon Hall B-1451 Bone China, Made in England' and signed John William Wadsworth. Condition as follows: teapot has a hairline crack to lid and there is also a hairline crack to one cup (shown in final photos). The rest of the set is in excellent condition - no chips, no cracks, no stains. Pricing has been based on the pieces in excellent condition only. Height for teapot 14.5cm (to top of finial), sugar bowl 6.5cm, creamer 8.5cm, cup 6cm. Diameter for saucer 14.5cm, side plate 16cm and cake plate 24.5cm.
