This is a stunning, tall and unique handblown art glass pitcher made in Sweden by Kosta Boda and designed by Kjell Engman, one of Sweden's leading glass artists of the 20th and 21st century. From the "Safari" series (Artist Collection) circa 1994. Features clear glass with a gently swelling form and a bold colourful pattern. Very tactile, a good size and heavy to hold. Original sticker attached, artist signature to base and numbered 89418. In fantastic condition. This is really one of those pieces you need to see in the flesh - perfect just as a sculptural decorative piece! Height 33cm.
