Designed by Kjell Engman for Kosta Boda Sweden, this is a rare and limited edition art glass sculpture of a cup & saucer. Gorgeous teal and yellow colour with blue handle. Very unique, solid glass and heavy to hold - weighs just over 1.6kg. Signed "atelier" to base - this refers to the piece being created in the private studio of the artist and limited in the numbers created. Original sticker attached, inscription and artist signature engraved to base and numbered 979019-500. In fantastic condition - very minor scuff/scratch to base. Height 16.5cm, diameter to base 14cm approximately.
