Antique WILCOX Silver Plate Footed Jewellery Box - late 1800's
A really lovely antique Wilcox silver plate jewellery box with green velvet lining. Made in USA late 1800's. Box is marked Wilcox Silver Plate Co with the crossed hammers logo and numbered 6103. Condition is OK - obvious wear to lid (some scratching and loss of silver plate) and a few dents here and there - velvet interior is in fantastic condition. A little battered and bruised on the outside but perfect inside!!! All in all a gorgeous piece with great character. Height 7.5cm, length approx 16cm.
